I incorporated elements from the art nouveau railing designs found in Porto's city gates, fences, and balconies in this drawing and installation. These motifs, with their curves and twisting lines, express to me passion and abundance, a life not only based on survival and functional necessities.

The art nouveau style reminded me of my unfulfilled love that flows through the edges. And here the railings together both block and lure. The creation was an expressionistic process, devoid of a predetermined plan; I aimed to showcase the movement, lines, and the raw emotion that emerged during its conception.
